Look for McDonald's. We are the building right beside it
Town Terrace is the turn just past the shopping centre. McDonald's sits on the corner and is the easiest landmark to aim for.
Parking is free, and accessible spaces sit nearest the doors
The car park wraps around the building at ground level. Park as close to the main entrance as you can.
Service NSW is on the ground floor. If you can see it, you are in the right building
Our own signage outside is small. Service NSW directly below us is the more visible marker. Walk in past it toward the lifts.
One level up. The gym is on the floor above us
The lifts are in the central lobby, with stairs alongside if you prefer. Level 2 is a single floor.
You have arrived. No need to check in anywhere else first
Step out of the lift and our reception desk faces you. Take a seat; the waiting room is on your right.

Our old surgery had an entrance onto the Woolworths walkway, so most people found us without looking. The new building does not work that way. You have to know to come up to Level 2. That is the only real change; the same doctors and the same reception team are upstairs.
